At FM Group, we want to do good in various ways. Our main goal is to make a positive difference for people, the planet, and the future. We also aim to inspire positive changes beyond our own work.

We achieve this by helping and supporting vulnerable and underprivileged groups. We also support projects that focus on protecting our climate and nature.

Our mission is to leave a positive mark on the world, making it a better place for everyone. We believe in taking small steps that can lead to big changes. Together, we're working towards a brighter future.

Many young people in Ecuador have had a safe, happy childhood thanks to Proyecto Indio and our ambition is to take in many more young people and offer them a safe, happy home.

Proyecto Indio

Our own foundation in Ecuador - Founded in 1999, Proyecto Indio is a foundation for underprivileged youth in Ecuador. The donations received by Proyecto Indio go directly to small-scale projects that produce long-term results. Because FM Group handles the foundation’s organisation and administration independently, no additional costs are made. As a result, 100% of every sum donated is used directly for the benefit of the children.

The FM Group feels committed to this country due to the dedication and passion of the employees on the farms. The trust and direct contact with these farms, where proper conditions for the local employees are guaranteed and their welfare is a priority, is valuable.
